MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
The time limit for exams is 2 hours. Exams will be paper and pencil. The exam taker will be allowed to have scratch paper and a non-programmable calculator during the testing session. No study materials or cell phones are allowed during the testing session.

EXAM INFORMATION
Customer Service Specialist (CSS) Exam Fee: $75 A certification that validates one’s interpersonal and business skills. CSS is relevant to every industry, employer and employee. Topics included are safety, ethics, respect, teamwork, communication, telephone and email techniques, problem solving, interpersonal relationships, and sales and marketing. This is a lifetime certification.
Wireless Communications (WCM) Exam Fee: $75 The Wireless Communications certification prepares workers to perform installation, maintenance and repair of mobile and fixed radio communications systems.
Telecommunications Electronics Technicians (TCM) Exam Fee: $75 This certification tests technicians’ knowledge of wired and wireless communications basic concepts, which are then applicable to various types of voice, data and video systems.
Associate Certified Electronics Technician (CETa) Exam Fee: $60 The associate certification is designed for technicians who have less than two years’ experience or trade school training for electronics technicians. This certification is good for two years. After the two-year period, a technician must take an option for the journeyman certification.
Broadband – Voice over Internet Protocol (B-VoIP) Exam Fee: $150.00 This certification prepares technicians to install, maintain and repair/replace voice, data and video-over-Internet-Protocol equipment.
