When, Where, and How Do I Register Exhibitor Badges?
All booth personnel should be registered all together, at one time. Register exhibit personnel online starting in early May 2013. Everyone is required to be registered and wear a badge to get onto the show floor or to attend educational sessions.
How Many Exhibitor Badges Are Allotted To My Company?
Badge allotment is based on the number of units of exhibit space purchased - 4 badges per 100 square feet or one 10x10 booth space (max of 16 badges). Exhibitor badges should be used for exhibit booth personnel only - this includes exhibitor-appointed contractors (EACs) (such as talent/entertainment/speakers/others) that will be working in your booth.
I Need More Badges - What Do I Do?
Exhibitor badges are free up to your allotment; after that, there is a $50 charge for each additional exhibitor badge. Enforcing this allotment assists us in monitoring attendance and capturing accurate attendee demographics.
When Will I Receive My Badges and How Do I Get Badge Holders?
Badges will be picked up on-site at OSP EXPO Exhibitor Registration Desk.
