Exhibitors - Overview
Do I need to advertise in OSP® magazine before I can exhibit at OSP EXPO®?
No, non-advertisers are welcome to exhibit at OSP EXPO. If you are interested in exhibiting at OSP EXPO 2010 view the exhibitor prospectus or contact a sales representative.
How much does it cost to exhibit?
The minimum booth size is 100 square feet and booth rental costs are $33.50 per square foot. All exhibitors will receive a booth number sign as well as pipe and drape for back and side walls if required. Additionally, all exhibitors will receive the following:
- 4 booth staff badges per 100 sq. ft. rented (Max of 16 badges)
- Pre and post show attendee lists (mailing addresses only)
- Exhibitor product listing in the OSP EXPO Official Program Guide
- Exhibitor product listing in OSP™ Magazine
- VIP passes to distribute to your most valued customers
All other exhibit-related costs (freight, drayage, booth carpeting and cleaning, electrical service, lead-retrieval equipment, tables/chairs/wastebaskets, floral, etc) are the exhibitor's responsibility and can be ordered through Freeman Decorating.
