Free Marketing Program – Exhibitor Invites

OSP EXPO is once again offering exhibitors a great marketing opportunity -- a FREE customized email campaign. This campaign allows you to send up to three emails to an unlimited number of your customers and prospects, offering them valuable discounts and a friendly reminder to stop by your booth during OSP EXPO.

  The exhibitor who generates the greatest number of registrants (based on exhibitors individual priority codes) from the Exhibitor Invites program will receive a $1,000 discount off their 2014 booth.

Your product listing will be online a minimum of 3 months and include 100 word description, 2 photos, video and contact information. Video and images provided by company. Valued at $500. (*List must have 100 names or more to qualify)

HOTEL AND HOUSING NOTICE

If you are contacted by ANY company, claiming that they are the "official" housing service for OSP EXPO 2013 please be advised that Practical Communications, Inc., parent company of OSP EXPO, does not utilize housing services.

THIS IS A SCAM

These companies claim to be a service provided by the event owners and offer rooms at a discount greater than the room blocks we secured with our host hotel. They sell non-refundable rooms and charge a non-refundable service charge.

We have been advised by the hotels not to utilize these companies and instead encourage attendees to contact the hotels directly.

Practical Communications, Inc. is financially liable for all contracted rooms, whether the hotel sells them or not. We work hard to secure the best rates possible at these hotels for our attendees and exhibitors. We ask that you always book your rooms under the OSP EXPO room block.

DISCOUNTED AV Rental
Do you have AV needs for your booth? Ceavco, OSP EXPO's contracted AV company, will offer exhibitors a special rental rate, rent one day, get one day free (a 50% savings). PLUS, order early and receive an "early bird discount" off your invoice. This offer has a potential savings of up to 60% off your AV needs!

DISCOUNTED FREEMAN EXHIBITOR PACKAGES

1. Freeman Booth Package: Receive a 15% reduced cost off the published price; (max 10x20 space). Package includes: rental booth, carpet, table, chair, wastebasket, and freight up to 500 lbs.

2. Freeman Shipping Package: Flat per pound rate includes pickup at exhibitor location, delivery to convention center, freight placement in booth, and delivery back to exhibitor location.
