Please support OSP EXPO by using our official hotel properties and booking within the reserved block of rooms. We secure housing blocks to ensure that our guests will be adequately accommodated. This hotel commitment exposes us to costly attrition policies when our supporters book outside of our blocks or at a different property altogether.

THIS IS A SCAM
These companies claim to be a service provided by the event owners and offer rooms at a discount greater than the room blocks we secured with our host hotel. They sell non-refundable rooms and charge a non-refundable service charge.
We have been advised by the hotels not to utilize these companies and instead encourage attendees to contact the hotels directly.
Practical Communications, Inc. is financially liable for all contracted rooms, whether the hotel sells them or not. We work hard to secure the best rates possible at these hotels for our attendees and exhibitors. We ask that you always book your rooms under the OSP EXPO room block.
How and when can I make a hotel reservation for OSP EXPO 2013?
You can make hotel reservations at any time leading up to the event – OSP EXPO discounted hotel rates are only available through Wednesday, September 11, 2013 or until block is full, whichever comes first. Any reservations made after September 11, 2013 or after block is full will be charged at hotel rack rates.
