I understand that all seminar rooms are set up in classroom style (tables and chairs, facing front) with a table and chair at the front for the speaker, and a table at the back of the room for additional seminar/company handouts. Speakers will be provided with a mobile/clip-on microphone.

I understand that all seminar rooms are equipped with LCD projection equipment for PowerPoint presentations. I understand and agree that I am responsible for bringing my PowerPoint presentation on my own laptop computer that will be used during my presentation.

Please provide this additional audio-visual equipment for my seminar. I understand and agree to the condition that any additional costs OSP EXPO may incur because of this additional equipment request will be billed.

I understand that OSP EXPO does not compensate speakers for any fees, expense reimbursement, or revenue share. I understand that if the conference and/or seminar is canceled, OSP EXPO is not liable for any expenses incurred in the process of providing this seminar for the conference.
