The CGA's Damage Information Reporting Tool (DIRT) is a free, online tool to help improve damage prevention and underground safety through collection and analysis of underground facility event data on a national basis.

About Khrysanne Kerr
Khrysanne Kerr is the Director of Program Development for the Common Ground Alliance. Khrysanne started in her official capacity in August of 2007 after being a contract employee since 2006 as the 811 Project Manager. Her duties include developing strategic damage prevention initiatives like the 811 public awareness campaign, development of the Regional Partners as well as DIRT; the Damage Information Reporting Tool.

Khrysanne Kerr began her underground damage prevention career with the Ohio Utilities Protection Service, OUPS, in 1997 as the Assistant Director of Marketing. In 1999 she was promoted to Director of Marketing where she served until February 2005. Hired as the One Call Market Manager for Celeritas Technologies, an enterprise class GIS consulting firm in March 2005, her primary focus was to focus on One Call Center damage prevention matters as well as manage the 811 campaign as a contractor to the CGA.
