Dura-Line Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of CHS Capital, has completed the acquisition of PolyPipe Holdings, Inc. Based in Gainesville, Texas, PolyPipe manufactures HDPE pressure pipes serving the energy; water, municipal and industrial; nuclear and gas distribution markets in the US. PolyPipe has 5 facilities in the US: Gainesville and Midland, TX; Evansville, WY; Erwin, TN; and Sandersville, GA. 

Dura-Line, based in Knoxville, TN, will integrate PolyPipe into its current US regional operations. The combined company will have 12 manufacturing facilities of HDPE duct and conduit in the US and 19 worldwide.

Dura-Line is a supplier of HDPE conduit and pressure pipe serving the telecommunications and power industries in the US and several other global markets.

Dura-Line expanded its pressure pipe business in the US with the acquisition of Bore-Flex a year ago.

The company will continue to operate under the PolyPipe brand for the US pressure pipe business.
